This website directs inquiries to the appropriate Raider Lights team based on the property and request details. A service-area listing does not guarantee availability for every property or requested date.
Submitting a request
Provide accurate contact details and the address where service is requested. Submit only information you are authorized to share. If you are contacting us for a property owner or business, you are responsible for having authority to make the request.
A quote, maintenance or question submission is an inquiry. A receipt confirms that a request was received, not that a quote was accepted, a maintenance visit was booked or an installation date was reserved.
Quotes, scope and scheduling
The team must review the property, requested work and availability before confirming a quote or booking. Website photos show examples; they do not guarantee that the same design is suitable for every property.
Pricing, materials, ownership, installation, maintenance coverage, removal, storage, payment, cancellation and other service details are governed by the accepted quote or service agreement. Those agreed service terms control if they conflict with general website descriptions. Changes to the requested work may require a revised quote or confirmation.

The contact form offers two separate, optional, unchecked boxes. One authorizes service texts about your request, quote follow-up, scheduling, removal and customer support. The other authorizes recurring marketing texts about seasonal offers and holiday lighting services. You can select either, both or neither and still submit your request or purchase services. We follow up by email if you decline service texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time. Privacy requests do not enroll you in messaging.
