-The referred customer cannot have already requested a quote from Raider Lights anytime in 2023;

-The referred customer cannot be a current customer of Raider Lights;

-The referred customer cannot have been a customer of Raider Lights prior to 2023;

-The referred customer must book an install for the 2023 season; and

-Gift cards for each referral will be sent once the referred customer completes payment to Raider Lights.

All of these conditions must be met for the promotion to be valid.

1. Overview

‍Raider Lights LLC ("Raider Lights," "we," "us," or "our") is conducting a nomination contest (the "Contest") where existing customers may nominate individuals to receive a complimentary Christmas lights installation. By participating in the Contest, both the nominator ("Participant") and the nominee ("Nominee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to existing customers of Raider Lights LLC who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Raider Lights LLC, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

3. Nomination Process

• Participants may nominate one individual per Contest period by submitting the required information through the official nomination form.
• Nominations must be received by the deadline specified by Raider Lights LLC. Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Use of Submission Materials

• By submitting a nomination, the Participant and Nominee grant Raider Lights LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display any content or material submitted as part of the nomination ("Submission Material") in any and all media, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, and online content.
• Participants and Nominees waive any right to inspect or approve any such use of the Submission Material and agree that they shall not be entitled to any compensation for such use.

5. Selection of Winners

• Raider Lights LLC reserves the sole and absolute discretion to select the winner(s) of the Contest. Selection criteria may include, but are not limited to, the content of the nomination, the perceived need or impact, and any other factors deemed relevant by Raider Lights LLC.
• The decision of Raider Lights LLC in selecting the winner(s) is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the selection of winners will be entertained.

6. Prizes

• The prize consists of a complimentary Christmas lights installation by Raider Lights LLC for the Nominee, as specified in the Contest announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• Raider Lights LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the Nominee agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as reasonably requested by Raider Lights LLC, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and any photos or videos taken during the installation process, without further compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Raider Lights LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
• Raider Lights LLC is not responsible for any technical, communication, or other issues that may prevent a nomination from being properly submitted or considered.

9. General Conditions

• Raider Lights LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Raider Lights LLC's control that may impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
• Raider Lights LLC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Nominee who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that Raider Lights LLC, in its sole discretion, deems to be inappropriate, dishonest, or disruptive to the Contest.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lubbock, Texas.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the Contest, Participants and Nominees fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Raider Lights LLC, which are final and binding.
